May Letter and Cherry Blossoms

Is there anything more giving, more generous, than a tree full of BLOSSOMS?!?!?

I cruised through my travel photos in search of painterly inspiration for this month’s Cottage Letter.

A nice misty day in Scotland.

Red and pink in the UK.

Can’t have a post about cherry blossoms without including Paris and the lovely Notre Dame.

Hey hey hey… who is that girl outside Shakespeare and Company in Paris holding her FIRST copy of Paris Letters?

This month I did two paintings. One cherry blossom for the art print that doubles as a postcard…

Cafe de Flore Painting

And another of Cafe de Flore in Paris. I made this one into a sticker that is perforated on the edges like a real stamp.

Sooooo satisfying to peel the sticker from the perforated edge. Wow!

I love when a plan comes together.

A few people inquired on Instagram about buying the art print/postcards and stickers on Etsy. You bet!

Postcard Sets

Postcard Packages on Etsy. Combos and singles. If you want more of one and less of another, just let me know. We are flexible over at Janice MacLeod Corp.

Hey thanks for all you do to support my work. Running a mail club is a uniquely challenging gig. But oh it’s so fun when it comes together. I get a thrill with every single sale and kind word. I appreciate your support.

PS I have been more active on Instagram lately so follow me there for daily artsy tidbits.
