So I was walking up and down Rue Mouffetard, getting my morsels for the next few days, and I came across (and took a video of) this little menagerie of old people puppets! They were mesmerizing. Notice in the video a lady came up to me while I was filming. This is what I understood:

The Google translation of this street theatre delight:
At the corner of a street Mouffetard district, you will be surprised by strange characters. Thanks for the heads up Wendy. Embedding the video didn’t work so I just added a link. Simplify and presto! Works.
Ugh, I sent this post out and the link to the video didn’t work. I fixed it. Oh thanks YouTube. #@#$@#$!!!
Love the video. What fun!
How fun! I loved hearing you speak French on the video too. This kind of made me think of the stage production of War Horse I saw last year. It’s pretty cool when the people sort of just disappear and all you really focus on is the puppets.
